Fulfillment Policy
Refund Policy:
- Refunds are available for any unused hours of service paid for in advance.
- The Client must request a refund within 30 days of the initial payment.
- The initial deposit is non-refundable.
- Refunds are not available for services already rendered.
Delivery Policy:
- True Social Marketing (TSM) ships goods electronically, including but not limited to code, graphic design, apps, plugins, and copy, via secure digital channels.
- Delivery timelines vary based on project scope and complexity, and will be communicated to the Client during project initiation.
- All deliverables will be sent to the email address provided by the Client unless otherwise specified.
- TSM is committed to delivering completed work in a timely manner, adhering to agreed-upon project timelines.
Return Policy:
- True Social Marketing (TSM) accepts returns under the following conditions:
- The Client may request returns within 7 days of delivery for any deliverables that do not meet agreed-upon specifications.
- Returns must be requested in writing, detailing the reasons for the return and any discrepancies from the agreed-upon project scope.
- TSM reserves the right to assess the returned deliverables to determine eligibility for refund or revision.
Cancellation Policy:
- True Social Marketing (TSM) allows cancellations under the following conditions:
- The Client may cancel subscriptions or reservations by providing written notice to TSM.
- Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming period.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the next billing cycle may be subject to prorated charges.
By agreeing to this fulfillment policy, the Client acknowledges and accepts the refund, delivery, return, and cancellation terms outlined above.
