While every web design project is tailored to our clients’ unique needs and preferences, there are common questions that arise before and during our collaboration. Below, we address some of these frequently asked questions.

Start by watching the two videos titled “Understanding web design” & “How to give design notes”. After that you can submit changes with our Design Review Form.

No worries, sometimes it can be hard to explain what you need in text alone, when you are submitting your design form there is a box that you can check to ask for a meeting with a developer to discuss your changes in detail. Anything you want to clarify in your notes can be reviewed then and put into language we can both understand.

It’s all for your benefit, truly. While it might seem easier to handle changes over the phone or through regular email, it can actually end up costing you more. With a minimum of 20 active projects at any given time and up to 100+ of emails flooding in daily, it’s simply not feasible to keep everything organized without a structured system like this. Our goal is to keep your project on track and within budget, and this system is designed to do just that. To keep your project within the estimated budget, watch out for “scope creep.” That’s when clients add extra tasks we didn’t plan for, or if there are too many changes along the way. Here’s how you can help:

1. Provide detailed revision notes. If your changes are hard to explain in text, opt for a live review with a developer.

2. Use the proper Design review form or have a design review call for revisions. Email or text revisions can lead to extra time and costs.

3. Don’t assume we’ll do something you haven’t asked for. While we handle many tasks behind the scenes, clear communication ensures we address your needs promptly.

Once your deposit has been used up we will bill you weekly on Monday for the work done on your project the previous week as long as the project is not on hold or in storage.

You can submit those in the “Content Collection Hub” located on the “Design with TSM” tab here on Monday.

Most project between 2 – 6 pages are typically finished with 3 – 6 weeks but completion times depends on a few things like: when it was started, the scope of the project, changes you have made and if its active or on hold due. If you have a specific deadline you want to meet give us a call and we will look at prioritization.

We will bring the website live for you, the time involved In that will depend on if we are hosting it or you are as well as other factors like custom emails, and host type.
